Rebecca Normand-Hochman
Rebecca is an accredited senior executive coach, leadership consultant and a systemic team coach who works with leaders and leadership teams to help them address organisational challenges and implement strategic change.
Since 2010, she has been supporting leaders, emerging leaders and leadership teams in the legal, consulting and financial sectors to help them achieve greater performance, implement change, increase individual leadership, effectively collaborate across silos and to collectively deliver on strategic goals.
As a former senior finance lawyer in London and Paris, Rebecca has experienced the specific management and leadership challenges that senior professionals face and because of her Franco-British background as well as her vast experience of working internationally, Rebecca is well equipped to deal with intercultural nuances and challenges.
Her approach is systemic and grounded in behavioural science. She believes that leaders and senior teams have an enormous power to lead breakthrough change and help organisations address the many challenges that we face. Her work draws on organisational consulting, executive and systemic team coaching.
