Francis is an Employee Experience consultant working with leadership teams on the development of employee experience strategy and advises on the delivery of projects across a range of areas including internal communication, change management, reward and benefits, financial wellbeing and diversity equity and inclusion. He delivers a range of online and in person interactive training and engagement sessions such as “The What and Why of DE&I” which includes a model called New ERA focusing on the skills of Empathy, Respect and Acceptance in the workplace. He has addressed audiences including the Reward & Employee Benefits Association and the House of Commons HR team.
Francis Goss has experience in a portfolio of roles including advisory Board Member, Engage for Success (the UK’s employee engagement taskforce), advisory member of the Department of Work and Pensions Dashboard Steering Group and a Non-Executive Director at Exclusive Collection, a privately owned Hotel Group including Pennyhill Park and Royal Berkshire hotels. He is former Director of People Experience Consulting at Gallagher and founding Chair of Gallagher’s DE&I Team.
