Danni Drummond-Brassington
Danni is an accredited executive coach who helps senior professionals think clearly and act decisively when the stakes are high and the situation feels charged. She works primarily with lawyers and professionals in high-performing environments, providing executive coaching, conflict coaching, facilitation and mediation.
Danni’s areas of expertise include leadership, conflict, and navigating difficult conversations. Two decades as a litigation solicitor placed her at the centre of high-pressure situations, and it is here that she developed her defining strength: the ability to stay calm, think clearly and help others find direction when pressure is at its peak. Her years as a senior equity partner give her something equally valuable, a genuine insider’s understanding of how law firms work, including the internal politics, relationships and dynamics that shape careers and decision-making. Bringing these together, she helps professionals navigate those dynamics with composure, challenge their own assumptions, and move forward with clarity, confidence and intent.
Formerly Danni spent 22 years as a litigation solicitor, including 12 years as a partner and department head in the multinational law firm CMS. She ran a multi-million-pound business unit, guided team members through their career paths and led on strategy, people and client matters. Recognising that her greatest value lay in remaining calm in complex situations and helping others find strategic direction under pressure, she now brings that capability into her coaching, facilitation and mediation work.
