Abby Barton
Abby is a PCC accredited executive and team coach, facilitator and leadership consultant. Her work with executives and their teams focusses on the mindset and behaviour shifts required to increase their capacity to navigate, transform and perform in the ever increasing pace of change and complexity our world is experiencing.
Previously she gained experience of blue chip companies as a chartered accountant before then deepening her knowledge of business in leadership roles across commercial finance, strategy, business development and sales within the retail and telecommunication sectors. She also led one of the UK’s largest corporate accelerators and built a strong understanding of and network in the start-up ecosystem. Due to her breadth of experience she now works with leaders and teams across all functions and industries and is able to offer multiple perspectives for her clients to leverage.
Abby has a combination of a very commercial and strategic approach with strong emotional intelligence. This enables her to build trust quickly, and coupled with her high energy and challenge, helps her clients get to the heart of issues, explore different perspectives and accelerate the process of change.
