Laurent Tari
As an INSEAD trained systemic coach, Laurent partners with executives in tech, luxury, pharma, consulting, as well as legal professionals to develop and refine their authentic leadership style, bolster their presence and impact, step up from expertise to leadership, flip limiting beliefs and change unhelpful behaviors. Laurent particularly enjoys team coaching, with a focus on team transformation, trust, productive conflict, commitment, accountability, vision and strategy.
Laurent’s practice taps into the breadth of his lived experience working as a lawyer with international law firms (CMS in London, Freshfields in Paris), and legal leader in ambiguous public sector environments (EDF, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations), as well as agile and fast paced tech companies (Amazon and French unicorn PayFit). Law firms particularly value his insights on firm dynamics drawn from his experience as both lawyer and client.
Being both French and Canadian, living between the USA and France, partly educated in London, Laurent thrives in multicultural environments, diverse corporate cultures, and is well equipped to support leaders with diversity and inclusion issues. He is able to coach in English and French, in Europe and the Americas.
